

Character Stats
⏵Health
Should your health ever reach 0, you become Downed (see Injury and Death). Refills on short rests. Your base Health is equal to your Body + half your Level.
⏵Magic
Used to cast spells and certain abilities. Refills on using the Focus Magic action. Your base maximum Magic is equal to your Spirit.
⏵Explode Pool
Symbols with the Explode property allow you to expend 1 Explode Pool and roll a bonus die when they are rolled. By default, Wylds always Hit and Explode. Explode Pool refills after every battle.
Your base Explode Pool is equal to your Spirit.
⏵Card Difficulty Rating
This is how many symbols your opponents must match when making checks to negate a card’s effects.
Your base Spell DR is equal to half your Spirit (rounded up).
Your base Trickery DR is equal to half your Wits (rounded up).
⏵Hand Size
This is how many cards you may draw up to at the start of each of your turns. Your base Hand Size is equal to your Wits.
⏵Combat Manoeuvre Difficulty Rating
This is how many symbols your opponents must match when negating your combat manoeuvres. Each combat manoeuvre is based off a different attribute:
Trip and Disarm DRs are equal to half of your Fight (rounded up), and are countered by Fight.
Grapples, bull rush and knockout DRs are equal to half of your Body, and are countered by the opponent's choice of Body or Fight.
⏵Rot
Should your Rot level go above 0, you are considered infected.
Should your Rot Level ever reach 5, you are considered corrupt.
